As hard as it is what we are going thru by not being able to hug & kiss momma, I just want you to know how very much we appreciate & thank you for putting the residents & staff at the very highest possible protection with all your precautions, testing & the loving care I see my mom getting (thru window). Her room always looks clean, she is dressed nice & looks very healthy for a 100 yr old. Rosie is a godsend & I thank her for the care & compassion she shows all her residents. God will prevail & we will see light at the end of this horrible pandemic. I have heard praises from some of your staff about the good job you are doing also. Prayers for you, your staff & your residents.
